The Columbus Jewish Historical Society serves and is recognized as the primary source and focal point for the collection, preservation, research, and exhibition of the Jewish history of Columbus and central Ohio. The essential purpose of the Society is to sensitize and enlighten current and future generations of the religious, cultural, and ethnic past. Jewish history, past and present, is the prologue of the future.
